The new outcome? A creative, fun and engaging 'workshop in a box'. A transformation from the more cumbersome, time-consuming and disengaging approaches of old. Weaving together the right process, activities and stimulus materials provided a way forward to reach the critical insights needed.

More than 150 workshops have since been facilitated by leaders across the business, involving almost 2,000 employees. A groundswell of local actions are currently being delivered, all aligned to the vital few mindset shifts required to change behaviour, improve organisational health and achieve sustainable performance improvements.
