We’ve worked with long-time clients Screwfix and B&Q TradePoint to realise their ambition of unlocking new waves of growth through renewed and defining proposition development.  For Screwfix, this has been about identifying its market-leading position as a convenience retailer for trades and home improvers.  For B&Q it’s been about increasing the relevance for the UK’s £20bn trade market by creating TradePoint.

We have been continually weaving together EPOS sales data with wider market studies, stakeholder views and customer research. Four years, 130 trade counters and 1.2 million registered trade customers later, we continue with our weave approach to connect their B&Q TradePoint brand with customers and other stakeholders, and to grow the business further.
